This playful activity helps your child to understand and visualise how stress can build up and how they can take action to reduce it. Through water-based play, they learn about their sources of stress and the feeling of becoming overwhelmed. You can also explore the different things that soothe them to help to reduce stress or worry. This activity will highlight your child’s current coping strategies as well as provide opportunities to introduce new ones.
